As one of the leading embryology laboratories in the world, the ART laboratory conforms to the industry’s highest standards. Led by Certified High Complexity Lab Director, ART is a national College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited institution. In addition, the ART laboratory is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the California Tissue Bank.
Our laboratory adheres to the most stringent quality control practices, from a double-witnessing protocol for all tissue samples to multiple backup, gas generator and alarm callout systems to ensure the safety of our embryos at all times.
We use numerous filtration systems to purify the quality of the gas that powers our incubators and the air within the laboratory. In addition, we utilize a unique, low-light system with specialized lighting that emits no ultraviolet rays, which can damage embryos.
We also employ the industry’s most innovative equipment, including one of the country’s only time-lapse Embryoscopes, to ensure our facility provides the optimum environment for embryo development.
Since opening our doors 15 years ago, our laboratory has contributed to the birth of over 12,000 babies through a wide array of treatment methodologies, including:
- In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
- Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
- Laser-assisted embryo hatching
- Embryo vitrification
- Oozyte cryopreservation
- Frozen embryo transfers
- Preimplantation genetic screening and diagnosis
Above all else, we never forget the importance of providing patients with individualized treatment, for maximum comfort and care at every step of their journey to starting a family.
